Midsummer
Hello Lovlies!
Now me and my family has gone to our summerhouse in the swedish archipelago and its so lovely out here!
I love it
soon the rest of our family is comming out here to celebrate midsummer, wich is tomorrow.
I love midsummer, it's so warm and you all stay up til sunrise dancing and ..... do other fun things haha ;)
and me and my cousin is gonna have a BLAST!
and tonight we will probably watch the ugly truth atleast 2 times haha!
it's our favourite movie ever :D big time guys, watch it!!
btw hate this internet thing! it's slooow.... D:

To My Brother
Hi you, I know that this might not be the most interresting thing to read for you guys but I really wanted to write this because it's about a person that means so much to me!
If you were wondering, yet again this is not a biological sibling but the funny story was that a really good friend of mine actually thought that we were real siblings! haha
but he's a really really amazing person that's soo close to me and we love each other like family members!
He actually said it like this:
"ja, jag ser dig som ett syskon <3
men själva kärleken är som till ett husdjur tycker jag.
jag menar, ett syskon älskar man inte så självklart, det är ju en massa hat inblandat också.

Good Morning!
Omg this night my friend ( no names ) had send me the cutest text ever!

How to handel and store VINTAGE!
HOW TO HANDEL VINTAGE:
here's a few tips on how to keep youre vintage clothing fresh nad new looking and how to make sure they wont loose there shape and color and how to remove stains and smell:
a) keep youre closet free from dust! espacially you with an walk in closet!!!!
b) never fold a sweater on the lenght it will take forever to hang out and do all the buttons!
c) the garments that you wont hang, keep tissue paper between the folds.
d) again, knitwear and wool should be kept folded!!!
e) never use metal hangers, they can leave stains and stretch out the garment! use hangers in wood or those coverd in fabric, and they'll look super pretty!
f) random tip: if you wrap rubberbands on the ends of the hangers it stops the garment from slipping of.
g) keep all youre vintage garments away from sunlight and mouist. the light will decolor the garment and the mouist will ruin the fibers in the fabric.
h) do not keep them in those drycleaning plastic cases! then the garment wont be able to breath.
i) if thers a garment wich comes with a belt, dont keep it on, roll up the belt, and it wont crack!
j) if you have vintage shoes, use shoetrees and they wont sack.
k) store hats in boxes!

Cold or Warm Water?:

Embroidered Silk:
never wash embroidered silk or satin, neither sequindresses from the 20's because those sequins are made out of gelatine and will melt in the water.
Mashinewash:
wanna try to mashinewash the garments, then do it very rarely and with a cold temeprature.
Zippers and Buttons:
before you wash something make sure you pull up all the zippers and do all the buttons.
Color:
older materials is rarely waterproof and it might loose all of its color if you wash it.
especially silk, viscose and other synthetic materials.
Lay flat:

So yesterday I re-organized my entier closet!!
and drawers. It was actually so much fun! I just love clothes and so and I think that when you organize and pick out and try on all kinds of clothes, from fancy prom dresses to an old T-shirt and jean-shorts, you can find things you didnt even know you had! :D
and you can try out new combos and toss away old clothes or sell them or ebay or maybe the salvation army if you wanna be green.
then you'll have space for all the clothes that you're gonna buy in the future.;)
and why not have a clothing swap! it's so much fun and then all of you will walk home with several new pices of amazing clothing!
If you're going to organize all youre clothes here I have some tips:
a) dont toss all clothes on the floor that will make this impossible!! trust me I've made this mistake a few times haha... you'll end up with a mess all over youre floor!
b) take out a few paper trashbags, two totebags, and a duffel bag.
c) if you find something thats ripped or staind or something thats beyond repair, put it in a trashbag.
d) if you take out something that you just has to look at to know "omg have I actually worn that?", or if it's to small or if it's not youre color or something like that, place it in another trashbag and then take it to a place like the salvation army.
( if you wanna give it to a friend then put it in a tote, and then have a clothing swap party )
e) if youre not sure if you like something try it on and see how it looks on and fits. It might look amazing on and at the same time boring on the hanger.
f) if you try out something that you really like and is soo chic but is ill fitting put it in another tote and then go to you're tailor or if you can sew yourself then thats a lot cheaper! some pices just needs a shorter hem or some lace-slips or new buttons etc.
g) if you try or take out something that you just LOVE and wear on a daily basis, you get my point then put it back in the closet!
h) this is so much more fun if you call a few friends over! they can also be a greate help :)
i) this is something I've learned from Lauren Conrads style book and that is that if you find something that you're not so sure if youre gonna wear even if it's amazing looking, put it in a tote or something and then place it under youre bed and after six monthes (!!) she looks inside the bag and if she realise she havent missed them then she domt need them! haha thats kinda smart! and i guess if you miss something then you just keep it ( yeah dummie seems pretty logical, DUUH!, my god sometimes I'm sooo blonde :p haha )
haha but that's really good tips I think that I've followed for years and you shold know that I have such a hard time breaking up with my clothes and after I've done that I reward myself with a nice trip to the mall!

Gröna Lund and a lost phone :'( D:
Hi!
so the day before yesterday ( monday ) our entier class went to bellmansro wich is a little ( or its aqtually quite big :P ) park on Djurgården wich is here in Stockholm. and we just hang out there and laughedand ran around just like little childes and were like playing on the swings because deep down we all hide a 5 year old haha :p
and the we went to Gröna Lund wich is a famous amusment park / tivoli here in Stockholm and we stayed for like... 4ever ?! haha
but anyways I just wanted to thank Anton Oscar Oscar Johan Johannes Nora Elin Jacqueline Ingrid and the rest of you for that amazing day!!!
but anyways when we went on our last ride I lost my phone!!!
it flew out of my pocket and I'm litterlally dying!!!!
RIP beloved phone I will always remember you and love you! D': so sad!
but I called there like costumers service but no sorry we dont have youre phone, well then you can all go to ****!!!!! bitch.... but I guess its the rule of karma, fun day bad ending.. screw that!
so now I'm stuck with this old nokia lump and crazy high phone charges! >:/
but I wanted to show you my hat that I bought :

Schools out festival
HI again :D
so yesterday we had our commencement and it was totally sad and I cried and cried!
and I have some kinda awful pics on facebook when you can c me whiping away tears or of us having enormeous group hugs and so on!
but anyways then in the afternoon ( from 3 pm to about 1 am ) there was a schools out festival in one of our local parks! and it was at the beginning kind of slow but then it got better later at night ;) :P
and we danced and I got sick blisters in my 5/6 inches tall hells :P
and then there was lots of rock music playing and really good DJ:s and yeah :D
but it was really sad because you wont e able to meet everyone in the summer but ofc with the closest friends and speaking of I think I'm gonna meet up with a friend 2morrow...
and the ofc you had to go home and there was huggs and kisses and tears and schools out honey quotes and omg I just love my friends!
