So i went to lush and sspend some money :D
I love lush!

Happy Easter, It's Summer, Style and Bauty Tips ( OPI Perfume PINK etc) !
Hi sweet loves I'm back!
Hope you had a wonderful easter ( if you celebrate easter ^^ )
I had kinda but I was sick and had no internet so that sucks!
But I'm still not feeling really well.
But now summer has finally arived! :D

10 sighns that summer is in the house ;)
But here I'll give you a few tips for you're updated summer closet and vanity :D
The IT style: Floral, 60's, Boho, COLORS, Romantic/sexy, Safari, dresses, Denim, Sport/collage, LACE.
Dresses: Maxi dresses, full lenght empire dresses, inspierd by the 60's and with a fun back.
Tops: cropped, sheer, butterfly, blouse.
Shorts / Pants / Skirts: denim / patterndshorts, what are they called those pants that ends like two inches above you're ancle?? floor lenght denim skirts are sooo in! or any floor lenght ;)
Shoes: gladiator shoes flat or high heels, sandals, 5 iches, girly decorated flats, Wedges.
Accesoaries: big sunhats(!) hollywood or pilotes, bracelets/bangels, big dramatic rings, beach bags or a sexy backpack or a cotton or plastic bag, they should be middle sized. (although I'm in love with my HUGE one.)
My favourite:

- Ballerinas, flip flops, shorts, mini dresses, light jackets, lot's off colors and summer fashion! (everybody can't live in CA right)
- Ice cream and Out door servings are the one and only chooise
- you and you're friends have started you're big plans for the summer like a trip to St. Tropez ;) and other crazy and fun vecation plans :D
- new expensive sunglasses
- Bikinis Bikinis and MORE bikinis
- You're starting you're glit fit BEACH 2001 diet.
- you're in a need of a Pedi, Last night at 11.30 pm I was like "omg I need a pedicur ASAP, but for now.... where the *** is my hot pink nailpolish?? and the pimple.stone and footsalt and mask and cream and clipper and oil and peeling and I think I'm out off top coat and drip dry!!!!" so yes I gave myself a pedicure in the middle off the night.
- You need to take out those wax-strips and buy some more shaving gel ( if you don't shave you're legs on winter time)
- Summery cocktails at the poolbar
- starting to practise on you're best smile because you want THAT guy to be you're new summer fling ;) go gettem girls!
- New self tanner, a new Nars Laguna, Tons of fun nailpolishes, salt water spray, new summery Perfume, working through bottle after bottle with body splashes, and so on
- You're buying every new outcomming magazine with the title "how to get you're dream body for beach 2011" or "we have tried the best bronzers" or "120 bikinis for every shape" or "50 summer outfits for less"
- You just found out that the water isn't as chilly as you thought it would be and every saturday you bring you're girl's to the lake for a swim ( it's killer exercise!!!!) tanning and GOSSIPING

Late night blog post
Hi lovlies!
so right now it's kinda late and I'm going to bed because I'm tierd because 1, SOMEONE woke me up at 3 am...... and 2, because I've been working out hard time today and 3, I haven't slept very well this week!
But now the springbreake starts! :D
oh and tomorrow I'll list my favourite make up product's of all time and make up brands!
I'm looking forword to it! :)

Amazing Day Yesterday!

so yesterday I was out with my mom and we went shopping at:

I bought the most amazing full-lenght black chiffon dress with silver from the 20's.
and a green tweed kinda mini dress from the ate 60's :D
soo adorable!
and then we went to Coppelia ( the ballet ) with a few friends and it was soo nice! really.
and then we had dinner out.

Healthy Food and Snack Tips!
Hi Again ( what is this like 3rd health thing today!! )
So as you might have figured ( I HOPE ) food is a huge part of a healthy lifestyle!
So I'll give you a few tips to meals without all those unnecessary calories and that extra fat!
+ healthy food CAN be delicious! :D ;)
Tip No 1: eat slowly because it'll take youre brain 20 minutes to get that you're full!!
Tip No 2: eat only two-thirds of you're normal portions ( after a waile you're stomache will get used to it and you wont ba hungry as often wich means less food!
Tip No 3: Treat you'reself once a week with some 70 % chocolate or a handfull of jelly beans!
Tip No 4: Do NOT not eat for a week and then gorge on food! big no no because then you're stomach will think that when it gets food it has to "store" the fat because it's a starving-period! so BIG no no!
Breakfast Tips:
FOOD: egg whites and half a grapfruit, porridge with fat free milk and cinnamon, granola, wholemeal bread with organic honey, fruitsalad, smoothie with fat free yoghurt and fruit, soy-yoghurt.
DRINKS: green tea ( or any tea ), fat free latte, soy milk latte with cinamon istead off chocolate! ( no whipped cream or syrup or sprinkles!!! ) juice, fat free milk/ soy milk ( soy products is very satcfying! )
THE NO NO: jam, cheese, butter, chocolate, pancakes, white bread, sugar, or SKIPPING breakfast!
Lunch Tips:
FOOD: sushi, smoked salmon with salad, tofu, cesar salad, you're healthy leftovers, chicken with broccolie or any other veggies, wholebread sandwich with avocado and shrimps, qourn filet.
DRINK: water, ice tea
THE NO NO: Mc Donalds or any other fried food, carbohydrates like pasta, meat it has lots of fat and it can give you a disease, sugar, and skipping lunch.
Dinner Tips:
FOOD: chicken tofu fish seafood or soyproducts with cous cous and vegetables and wholebread or rice or glassnoodlees or potatoes and so on.
DRINK: water, fat free milk, ice tea.
THE NO NO: fried food, beef / red meat, pasta, cheese, butter, oil, skipping dinner etc I think you get it ;)
Snack Tips:
Fruit, crackers, ( with fat free cream cheese ), nuts / almonds ( not peanuts! ) jelly beans, dried fruits without added sugar ( ! ) gum.

3 jump rope ( a whole body exercise!!! )
4 cannonball
5 single leg hop
6 froggy jumps
7 balancing stick ( also for the whole body )
BUTT:
1 pilates ( whole body + sooo many diffrent alternaives! )
2 lunge!
3 squeeze! ( squeeze that ass! do it standing up infront off the tv for 15 min ) awsome exercise!!!
BACK:
1 seal lift
2 hmmm someone fill me in pls? haha :/
3 board / bridge
BELLY:
1 sit up's!
2 side sit ups
3 love handel sit ups ( lie down in foster position and roll over then take that same arm and do sit up's )
4 board / bridge

So now I'll post my health thing because it didn't work last time. ( and now it's spring breake so I'll have lots of time to do post's and blog-stuff haha )
But to the health part. right now I'm sooo focused on getting in shape before the bikini season ( may something here in sweden! ) cold land...
and I wanna share health tips, work out tips ( next post!! ) food/diet tips ( the post after the next post! ) and a few beauty related tips :D
1. W A T E R !
cant even tell you how important this is both to give you a healthy fresh glowing skin but it'll also lighten up you're mood! say bye bye to headache and migraine and sleepieness, and say hello to you're water bottle!
I always carry a waterbottle with me wherever I go. and why not buy a cute pink one? ;)
2. S L E E P !
get rid of those under eyes circles and get more alert and you'll be able to enjoy you're life! :D
haha no but it's really important! ( wow i really did sound like a commercial lady xD )
and ofc you dont have to spend as much money on coffe, red bull and aspirin.
You're suposed to sleep 8 hours a night I think. I sleep like... 6 and a half.... oops, but I'm working on it.
3. GYM / PT
go get a gym-card or if you ghave the money a PT. ( I dont have one ) :D
Or install an exercise mashine in you're house / apartmnet! like an elliptical mashine or a stairmaster or something! and a yoga mat, a pilatesball and a couple of dumbbells! and then do you're exercise at home!
4 YOGA / MEDITATION

But the most important thing is, only do it for YOURSELF! not youre boyfriend or any guy ( or girl! ) or anyone else but youreself!

Hi again Honey-pies!
so as I told you before, I went shopping today with a few friends.
we gave Anton and Oscar total makeovers! They actually ended up looking pretty good ;)

No, but we had a blast today!
First I dont have the pictures sorry :(
But what did we do?
we talked ( the guys hate to shop! ) and me and Nathalie decided that wee would go for a rock-inspierd / sexy / collage / retro look :)
yay!
and now the can actually show theme selfs in public without being embarresed off themself! haha
and then we had ice cream and they sang for me OUT LOUD!
and then we bought a guitarr! like mini one! seriously! seems very spontanious and random and suff, just like hey dude lets buy a gitarr! yeah okkey :) haha¨
and the we sat outside singing and playing guitarr ( we're in a music kinda school and anton is a heck of a guitarr player i'll give him that )
and then I bought a really cute retro bikini and we had a who can blow the biggest bubble gum bubbel competition!
we basically had SMF!!!!!
I cannot describe it!

But what did we do?
we talked ( the guys hate to shop! ) and me and Nathalie decided that wee would go for a rock-inspierd / sexy / collage / retro look :)
yay!
and now the can actually show theme selfs in public without being embarresed off themself! haha
and then we had ice cream and they sang for me OUT LOUD!
and then we bought a guitarr! like mini one! seriously! seems very spontanious and random and suff, just like hey dude lets buy a gitarr! yeah okkey :) haha¨
and the we sat outside singing and playing guitarr ( we're in a music kinda school and anton is a heck of a guitarr player i'll give him that )
and then I bought a really cute retro bikini and we had a who can blow the biggest bubble gum bubbel competition!
we basically had SMF!!!!!
I cannot describe it!
But you'll here more from me soon again ( I say that quite a lot dont I? sry )

So I've made April 9th my official Birthday. ^^
But today I'm going shopping With a few friends ( Nathalie, Anton & Oscar ) and we're giving the guys a TOTAL MAKEOVER! :D SMF!
But then Ther'll be a small party for me ( I think and hope ) ;)
Now I'm having breakfast! and obviously it's choco-banana! so delicious! yay
Oh and In a few weeks or 2 i hope I'll be able to upload a few photos from an upcoming Photo Shoot!
But I wont give you any hints or anything you'll just have to wait and c!

Morning SBBCAHMRSBS routine
Haha Hi Sweetie's!
Sooo... I know that you think " now WTF?! what kind of a head line is that? and what in hell does it mean?!!! " haha ;) or maybe " what kinda pills is she on? gives! :D ;) :P "
It stands for Shower-Body-Breakfast-Clothes-Accesoaries-Hair-Makeup-Random Stuff-Buss-School.
I'll show you my Monday-Friday morning routine :D
6.15am Wake up alarm rings ( cell phone ) i toss it across the room and then I won't be consious untill 6.45 haha and every morning I notice a new skratch on my phone :p
6.45am up you go right into the shower with my hot pink loofa ( how the **** do you spell that?! ) and honey I've washed the kids.
7.00am I'm out of the shower sort off awake ( :p ) and then I aply body butter and deodorant and parfume and stuff like that. wrap my hair up in a towel. ( oh btw I only shower every other morning but then ofc i shower after I've gone to the gym or dancing or so. )
7.05am I eat a healthy breakfast like soy-something and a fruit and juice or coffe or tee.
7.15am I plan my outfit with clothes and accesoaries and get dressed.
7.20am I do my hair with saltwater spray, curl booster, curl cream, volume booster and hairspray.
and sometimes dry schampoo and a curling iron.
7.30am I do my Makeup wich I'll show you in in an upcoming blog-post :)
my every day one
7.45am I pack my bag and do randome stuff that needs to be done so to say :)
7.47am Go take the bus to School
8.15am School starts ;/
So that was that! have youreself a wonderful evening and right now I'm gonna enjoy the Vampire Diaries!
