HI!
Straight to the point today :D :
ARMS:
1 boxing
2 push ups ( start on youre knees if it's to though on youre tippie toes. )
3 the board / bridge / whatever you call it ( when you lie down all flat on you're elbows and tippie's )
4 dumbbells! whatever exercise you do w/ them
LEGS:
1 leg raise
2 kick! ( it's a kick-ass exercise haha ) ( yeah kinda dry humor )
3 jump rope ( a whole body exercise!!! )
4 cannonball
5 single leg hop
6 froggy jumps
7 balancing stick ( also for the whole body )
BUTT:
1 pilates ( whole body + sooo many diffrent alternaives! )
2 lunge!
3 squeeze! ( squeeze that ass! do it standing up infront off the tv for 15 min ) awsome exercise!!!
BACK:
1 seal lift
2 hmmm someone fill me in pls? haha :/
3 board / bridge
BELLY:
1 sit up's!
2 side sit ups
3 love handel sit ups ( lie down in foster position and roll over then take that same arm and do sit up's )
4 board / bridge
5 leg raise ( yes you think it's a leg exercise but no it's both! )
FAT BURNING:
1 run! the only way!
2 cardio ( like jump rope cannonball and stuff like that )
REMEMBER TO STRETCH!

And then ofc eat healthy!!!
and take a day off from exercising, you need to rest a day or so!
and drink lots of water when you exercise!
