Hi Again ( what is this like 3rd health thing today!! )
So as you might have figured ( I HOPE ) food is a huge part of a healthy lifestyle!
So I'll give you a few tips to meals without all those unnecessary calories and that extra fat!
+ healthy food CAN be delicious! :D ;)
Tip No 1: eat slowly because it'll take youre brain 20 minutes to get that you're full!!
Tip No 2: eat only two-thirds of you're normal portions ( after a waile you're stomache will get used to it and you wont ba hungry as often wich means less food!
Tip No 3: Treat you'reself once a week with some 70 % chocolate or a handfull of jelly beans!
Tip No 4: Do NOT not eat for a week and then gorge on food! big no no because then you're stomach will think that when it gets food it has to "store" the fat because it's a starving-period! so BIG no no!
Breakfast Tips:
FOOD: egg whites and half a grapfruit, porridge with fat free milk and cinnamon, granola, wholemeal bread with organic honey, fruitsalad, smoothie with fat free yoghurt and fruit, soy-yoghurt.
DRINKS: green tea ( or any tea ), fat free latte, soy milk latte with cinamon istead off chocolate! ( no whipped cream or syrup or sprinkles!!! ) juice, fat free milk/ soy milk ( soy products is very satcfying! )
THE NO NO: jam, cheese, butter, chocolate, pancakes, white bread, sugar, or SKIPPING breakfast!
Lunch Tips:
FOOD: sushi, smoked salmon with salad, tofu, cesar salad, you're healthy leftovers, chicken with broccolie or any other veggies, wholebread sandwich with avocado and shrimps, qourn filet.
DRINK: water, ice tea
THE NO NO: Mc Donalds or any other fried food, carbohydrates like pasta, meat it has lots of fat and it can give you a disease, sugar, and skipping lunch.
Dinner Tips:
FOOD: chicken tofu fish seafood or soyproducts with cous cous and vegetables and wholebread or rice or glassnoodlees or potatoes and so on.
DRINK: water, fat free milk, ice tea.
THE NO NO: fried food, beef / red meat, pasta, cheese, butter, oil, skipping dinner etc I think you get it ;)
Snack Tips:
Fruit, crackers, ( with fat free cream cheese ), nuts / almonds ( not peanuts! ) jelly beans, dried fruits without added sugar ( ! ) gum.
Dessert:
sorbet, frozen yoghurt, homemade hot chocolate made on fat free milk and cocoa, 70% chocolate.
THE BIG NO NO'S:
fast food, sugar, carbohydrates, butter / oil / fried, cream, soda, and OVEREATING and SNACKING! bad bad bad!
